Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration details. One account is allowed per person. Creating multiple accounts to farm referral bonuses or ad rewards is a breach of these terms.

2. Package activation

Packages are a one-time, non-refundable purchase that grants lifetime access to the daily ad rewards of the selected tier. Deposits must be sent on the exact network selected in the app; funds sent on a different network or to an outdated address cannot be recovered. Activation happens after the payment is verified.

3. Ad rewards

  • Up to 10 rewarded ads per day, reset daily.
  • Each ad requires a full 30-second validated view.
  • Timers are validated server-side; only one ad session may be active at a time.
  • Unwatched daily ads do not accumulate.

4. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals may be requested once every 30 days, or every 10 days once you qualify for the fast cycle.
  • The first withdrawal requires one active referral and approved identity verification.
  • Payouts are sent only to a wallet address you provide and control.
  • Network fees may be deducted from the payout amount.

5. Referrals

You earn a 15% bonus on packages activated by members you invite. Self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivised spam and misleading promotion void referral earnings.

6. Prohibited activity

  • Bots, scripts, emulators, or automated ad playback.
  • VPN or proxy use to disguise location, and multi-account device abuse.
  • Chargebacks, fraudulent payment proofs, or falsified identity documents.

7. Suspension and termination

Accounts found in breach may be suspended or terminated and pending balances forfeited. We will explain the reason on request.

8. No investment advice or guarantee

CashAdly is an advertising revenue-share service, not an investment product. Earnings depend entirely on watching validated ads. We do not guarantee any specific return.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes apply going forward only and will be announced in the app.
